Full Care: A large stall (about 12'x 20') cleaned twice a day, hay and grain twice a day, and daily turnout.
Main Barn,

Full Care: A regular size stall (about 10' x 14.5') cleaned twice a day, hay and grain twice a day, and daily turnout.
The Annex
(formerly the
Mare Motel)

Full Care: A large stall (about 12' x 24') cleaned twice a day, hay and grain twice a day, and daily turnout.

Partial Care: A 12' x 12' stall and adjacent storage area,
your hay and grain fed twice a day plus daily turnout.
You are responsible for daily stall cleaning and supplying grain, hay, and shavings.

Self Care: A 12' x 12' stall and adjacent storage area.
your hay and grain fed twice a day.
You are responsible for daily stall cleaning, supplying grain, hay, and shavings and turn-out/bring-in of your horse (when paddock available).

Full Care: A large, partially covered run, cleaned daily, hay and grain twice a day, and daily turnout.

You may leave your own feed or we will use our feeds.

Veterinary Fees

You pay the farrier directly. Checks may be left with the office in advance.

Non-turnout

A special fee for those Full Care horses who do not participate in daily group turnout.
Alfalfa hay

Alfalfa hay fed once or twice a day in place of or in addition to costal hay.
Blanket changing

Monthly charge for Blanket changing for Partial Care and Self Care horses.
There is no charge for blanket changing on Full Care horses.
Clipping & other cosmetic cleanup
This is done on a time available basis.
Rates vary by work and time required.
